Q1: Is the iNO One a certified camera-removed phone?
A: No. The iNO One is a dedicated factory-built model for users who need an original non-camera smartphone and who cannot accept phone models that are camera-removed.

Q2: I just made a pre-order, when and how will I be informed that the phone is ready for collect?
A: Once we have received the physical goods in Singapore, we will go through the pre-orders. We will contact you via email/sms that the phone is ready. You can either collect it from our office or we can deliver it to you.

Q3: Can this android phone support wireless hotspot tethering?
A: Yes, it supports the standard android “Tethering & portable hotspot”. Go to Menu > Settings > Tethering & portable hotspot.

Q4: I want to make a bulk order purchase.
A: We provide discounts for bulk purchase of 20 units and above. However, we need to collect upfront payment to confirm your order. Call us or Email us for more information.

Q5: Is the Android Operating System upgradeable to 4.0 (ice cream sandwich)
A: Yes, we are providing upgrades to 4.0 in the future. The phone is sold with version 2.3.6. However upgrades will be performed at our service centres. There will not be OTA (over the air) upgrades.

Q6: Where do I go for warranty support? A: All iNO phones are supported by a network of collection points throughout the island while servicing and repairs are done locally by our in-house team at our service centres.

Q7: How is the phone performance? Can you show us some benchmark results?
A: We are using Antutu Benchmark. We ran 3 test using Antutu, the scores range from 3800 to 4120. We also used Quadrant Standard Edition. However, the results screen shows the comparison of various phones models. It is not appropriate to show the screenshot for Quadrant. The scores are as follows: Total: 2190, CPU 1836, MEM: 1820, I/O: 4362, 2D: 612, 3D:2321.



How good is the battery? How did you test the battery life?
A: For talk-time, the iNO One is set to receive the incoming call (3 out of 4 bars) on 2G GSM network. Music is played continuously from the outgoing phone through the network to the iNO One. The talk-time lasted 8 hours 40mins. Note: The battery remained 15% capacity from 390 mins to 470 mins while the incoming call was still active.



Q8: Does the phone come with Google Play? Can it support whatsapp/viber/skype?
A: The phone comes pre-installed with Google Play (Marketplace). Through the marketplace, you can install the Android applications from the Play Store, including whatsapp, viber & skype.

Q9: Does the phone have a dedicated GPS?
A: Yes, the phone comes with a dedicated GPS which you can use with or without WIFI/3G. Now you can enjoy the benefits of GPS anywhere in the world for free! It tracks satellites using its own internal GPS antenna. The phone does not come with pre-installed GPS software. You can download for free from the Play Store: GPS status and GPS test.



Q10: Do you know that USB cables are not allowed in certain camps?
A: Yes, we are well aware of these restrictions. The iNO One comes with the more expensive non-detachable USB charger. You can still charge the phone using normal USB cables.
