Interesting.... the mi note non cam version i scare not original from xiaomi.. i mean if i get the phonE but is not xiami Den is really deep sh1t. I still prefer to get from original source den remove camera by myself or by handphone shop, as i need a good non cam phone for work.

Mindef already removed the screen size limit for most camp. In fact, you can bring camera phone if your camp is classified under green zone.

As mention by you...this is only applicable to GREEN ZONE.
The Screen size of 4.3 without cam still apply to RED ZONE.
