Hi,
Anyone has any recommendation for a valuable dress watch with the follow criteria below?: - Budget around $2k; - Valjoux movement; - Blue hand; - See through caseback - Leather strap; - Case diameter 42mm and above. Initially, thought that Hamilton Spirit of Liberty fit the bill, but when I realized that there is no date in that watch, it is no longer in my consideration list. Thx Last edited by Axela72; 05-05-2012 at 09:37 AM.. |

Hi, 1 of the best value Valjoux 7751 but only ~41mm other than that everything fits your bill. GUINAND - 41.51-01 w this fit your bill at 44mm GENIUS1953 GENIUS1953 this is the best value Valjous 7751, 44mm and well in your budget GENIUS1953 fyi: Genius is Sothis sister brand. read about Sothis http://www.de-timekeeper.com/sothis display back of Genius http://forums.watchuseek.com/f8/wolf...cs-287629.html ![]() Last edited by patryn33; 05-05-2012 at 11:20 AM.. |

why can't local buyer buy online? free shipping and get price quoted online with GST?
they have to promote online sales but doing that, I don't see any issue with that. |

anyone knows where i can get the IWC pilot chronograph top gun watch? thanks Personally find the 3789 better looking than the newer 3880. The 3799 is overkill in terms of price for the fact that it has a dual chrono function, which is pretty much useless to the most people including myself. 3880 should be in most ADs now, or at the IWC boutiques. If they haven't here, then they should be here soon. As for 3789, you'd most likely have to look at pre-owned. But don't be surprised if you find BNIB pieces available in major forums / grey dealers. |

Hi, However, this is a black dial watch, so the blued hands are not as obvious as those on a white dial. Also, it features the Valjoux 7750 movement with day and date function as well as the chronograph. Currently, all chrono models available via Steinhart come with the display case back (as confirmed by a Steinhart employee via email very recently, but please check first). The Nav B Chrono, at 44mm comes in both leather strap version or the steel bracelet. One final point, due to the lack of a proper bezel (unlike dive watches), this watch wears large at 44mm due to the larger dial. |

hope gnomon is reading this, or someone tat is close to them will highlight to them abt their local pricing, or they should just post something on their web site on how the price should be calculate on locals buyers, so we know how it works.
anyway, im looking to get a laco miyota type b recently, so far i know monster time and gnomon sells it, if i cant find preowned, likely monster time will be my choice. |

This watch look nice. How does Steinhart fair with Fortis?
Nav B-Chrono II with leather strap - Chronographs - Steinhart Watches Also, how can I purchase Steinhart watch? Just direct online from about link? Anyone has experience on purchasing that from online? Thx Perhaps at sub 1.3k, you might want to consider the Steinhart Nav B Chrono II. Last edited by Axela72; 05-05-2012 at 03:49 PM.. |
