If anyone looking for this watch i can get at about 20% discount.

Oversea store, will accompany u to go to IWC Singapore Store to confirm it.
Just went to Watches of Switzerland branch at CP, they can give up to max 20% discount for IWC watches.

I saw the one on the right selling at ~$6.3K at Chuan Watch on Wednesday come with the stainless steel bracelet. Not really sure is it still there ?

Check the recommended retail price first. Then go to AD. If price is too good to be true, then usually, it is!

Hmm what else would you recommend at the USD1860 price point? Would love to know other options.

Of course cheaper alternatives are also welcome

I know there are Steinharts that use the 7750 but I'm not a fan of the finish and the strap studs.

[QUOTE=patryn33;54201489]

don't want TAG what kind of watch U looking for?
ashford is having an additional 15% on U-boat. other brands if U email them can get around 10-15% additional off. that if U wanna go grey.

collectorstime.com also offer great deals.

if U enjoy shopping with AD then do it in Airport. Most Asian major airports do sell watches at no VAT, issue is discount overseas may not be that steep.
Thanks!

Will bump around for more research

singapore already can get more than 20%...

why risk it by getting overseas at the same discount level..and ruining the watch buying experience? Not unless the retail price is significantly lower...

the iwc aquatimer automatic 2000 is retailing for S$6.9k.

Hmmm the watches from the list below look a bit generic but the prices are quite reasonable
- christopherward
- guinand watch
- UHR.info
- genius1953

Would there be something between their pricepoint and the marvin's with a bit more uniqueness?

what do you mean by grey?

Longines and FC thru AD isn't ~25%? the 10% is off MSRP?
Sorry what is MSRP?

The price and discount was what I was quoted at the DFS shop at HKIA. Didn't have time to go to the outlets in town. FC in sg thru THG is 25% off, the best discount I was quoted for Longines in sg is 15%.

the something is the history marvin ( 1860?) and brand name is adv on recent watch mag. is marvin that unique? I like guinand owned by the founder of Sinn today, u can customize the watch. movements are either gold or rhodium plated.

grey = watches not sold by AD. surplus or slow moving watches are sold to these retailers are steep discount. in most case they do not offer u manufacturer's warranty. some do but they start much earlier than date of purchase.

MSRP = Manufacturer suggested retail price.
the best discount on longines I heard is from Msia at ~30%.
