The SD4K is hot, given its discontinuity in such a short production period.

DXMachina is definitely holding on to a goldmine.

bubblemunche bro, my "goldmine" is but a small trinket compared to your pieces.

Good to see you that you got the red SD! Although I'm not a fan of the cyclops, everything else about the watch is perfect. :)

Granted, PP are rare as their production lines are less automated and parts are all assembled by hand. Rollies are mass-produced. Their rarity now is deliberate.

Rolex also assembled by hand.
But definitely more automated.
It's not deliberate but rather their line quite huge.
And the world only know rolex as luxury watch.
Everyone from.top to bottom wants a rolex.
Also AD Don't receive alot of sports rolex. So they keep only for the vvip. They do have stocks but all kept in safe.
There are definitely more rolex AD than PP AD.
So the stocks to go around also lesser.

PP - not accessible to normal folks like us.
The price hike is a joke but those with the cash don't mind it.

負擔得起。。。只是一時。
買後保養。。。卻是一世。

雖然說能夠保值,但,保值多寡還是要看日後需求。以我現在的收入,花過万叫我買隻錶,爲了保質來保值而不戴。。。説不過去。

Haha think for all brands the hot models rarity is deliberate i.e. controlling inventory. Think Rolex knows the flood gates for the Sub, GMT has been open and a lost cause. So focus on the daytona now. If the daytona becomes more common..they have no more historical models to make "rare" by controlling inventory and jacking up prices - so mouch they can do only for a minimally decorated closed back piece. So much one can speak about the difficulty of crafting ceramic. Ceramic may be their last straw.

Bro, your Sea Dweller is far from a trinket. It's a superlative tool watch and veritable grail piece for many. Wear it in good health!

The SBGA285... probably the cheapest GS Spring Drive?

Didn't take a photo of the first Grand Seiko watch just behind me. Sigh.
