Anyone knows how can the leader disband the clan?

my clan leader decided to close cos alot members not committing.
somehow the option is grey out.

clan is lvl 6, with clan hall.
does he need to kick every member out b4 that?

everyday is negative or go back normal
never increase 1

today just did 2 weapon, 3 accessory, 4 armor
end up weapon -1 and earring -2
armor no change

was 495k...now 492k T_T

Got 2 methods:

1. Kick everybody and then disband
2. Pass leader to someone else and let them solve the problem

If a group of people band together and farm the first few cores of Giran can get 1-2 stones. Then all summon 1 by 1 and go in as a group get more cores which gets you more stones, just snowball from there till no stones back to map. Rinse and repeat.
