Just for discussion sake only - won't the distributors earn more than $56, assuming they pay MSRP?
449 * 1.7 = $763.30
449 * 1.45 = $651.05
$763.30 - $651.05 = $112.25, which is what the distros earn before tax? Our Singapore corporate tax really so high, from $112.25 can tax the distributors almost 50% until they earn only $56? Or am I missing something?
To emphasize, I'm just asking to understand, and don't mean to contradict you or anyone else.
Gave in. Splurged on the Aftershock Ultracore. Bless me.
Why can't Singapore follow US brand direct sale model instead of current distributorship middlemen model...You have to look at net profit after deducting expenses like rental, salary, warranty-related costs etc. Ban Leong's financial statements are available publicly on SGX. Profits (if any) are not as high as most people here seem to think.
Waiting for GTX 1060 liao...might kop myself an EVGA 1070

Can gtx1070 run witcher 3 and fallout 4 at >60 fps on ultra settings on 1080p resolution?
Or should i stick to gtx1080?
Guys, my current monitor is using native 1900x1200 resolution (DELL 24").
Do I really need GTX 1070 to get 100+ FPS on latest games? or should I settle with 2nd hand of GTX 970/980 as they are good enough for my usage?
Are there stocks in sls for 1080 now?
