For basic items can check out mustafa but selection is very limited.

The Panic Room does have some better known brands but also limited selections.

Bought most of my shaving gears from Europe and shipping is actually quite cheap.

I would recommend Connaught Shaving from UK, most bros also purchase from there.

It is indeed the marathon mouse. But I don't have any issues with the sensor though (I use it on a mousepad).
