Good enough to play Dota with decent graphic and hopefully some other non-graphic demanding games at times.

:s12::s12:

Budget: 1.3k-1.5k

Update:

Updated build:
Case: Corsair 240 airflow blackcase (145)
MOBO+CPU: ASUS PRIME B250M-A + I5 7600 (486)
RAM: G.SKILL RIPSAWS V 2400MHZ 8GBX2 (199)
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 850 250GB (159)
HHD: TOSHIBA 2TB 7200 (89)
GPU: ZOTAX GTX 1060 3GB AMP TWIN FAN (329)
PSU: CORSAIR RM 650X 80+ GOLD (180)

TOTAL: $1587

Advice needed:
1. Might need a PCIe Wifi
2. Comparing this GPU and Palit TEX1060 Dual 3GB GDDR $305 (any difference?)
3. Is the PSU sufficient or should i get a cheaper one?
4. If i ask them to assemble between Fuwell and PCThemes which would have a better deal? I remembered Fuwell charge $10/20 to assemble for you.

Actually intel gpu can run dota at medium setting 1080p :s13:
I last tried when they just revamped the whole gameplay. Might be more intensive now.

In win bk 644 or Silverstone SG10

And recently somebody posted a case that can handle ATX mobo yet is a slim chassis, what is it?

RAM: G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) Ripjaws V DDR4 2400MHz DIMM CL15 1.2V
SSD: Kingston 240GB UV400 SSD 2.5" SATA
HHD: Toshiba 2TB 7200rpm 3.5" SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache
GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 Mini

Overpriced mobo, no wifi also. MATX mobo don't fit an ITX form factor like the Air 240.

Don't support 2400mhz ram also. No point getting that speed. B150/H170 series mobo run at 2133mhz max.

GTX 1060 mini is not that suitable for sg weather albeit it will still function as per usual, unless your pc runs in air cond room. Even so, it's louder than the amped edition or other dual fan cooling solution. Your usage won't require 6gb version. It's gain over the 3gb is very marginal. You can find in YouTube for comparison video.

Get a better psu like EVGA G3 550W or Corsair TX 550W, both 80+ Gold certified.

Lastly, this one you just listed, doesn't cost under 1k unless it's second hand.

Thanks for reply bro.
Ignore the 1k budget. The more i see, the more i think should go for 1.3k-1.5k.
The casing do support ATX and ITX.

For GPU, which other GPU would be better?

This MOBO does support 2400. Anyway any other Mobo to replace with?

you can just get the H110 motherboard if you don't need/prefer any special slots like m2 sata or usb3.1. Most importantly, get the one with the display port you use.

Recommend you to change the kingston ssd to samsung as it is more commonly used.
Also, my personal opinion is don't scrimp on PSU, get a better and reliable brand like superflower, evga, corsair and some say seasonic(but my g650 died mysteriously:s13:)
For dota, an 8gb ram will do fine...gpu wise, why don't you try out the integrated gpu before deciding if you really want a gpu for smoother gameplay?

H110 if on budget e.g. ASUS H110 M-A M.2 D4
B250 if got extra e.g. ASUS Prime B250M-A, Asrock B250M Pro 4

Get a 1060 3GB, whichever u prefer, choose based on ur budget. Just check the length and make sure it fits the case you are planning to use. Cheapest at SLS is Palit GTX1060 3GB $275, can check online for better deals.

decided to go corsair gold 600W. Haha. Thanks for advice.

Not sure if i get Samsung 250GB M.2 2280 SSD 960 Evo NVMe would be an overkill? Just to utilise the M.2 port :s13:

Better as in brand or GPU model?

Model-wise 1060 3GB is best value for money at this price point.

Brand-wise to be honest performance is about the same. More expensive cards equals better cooling/aesthetics only. Zotac have 5-year warranty if you prefer that.

If not getting windowed case, just get the cheapest one you can find. Unless you're playing graphic intensive stuff, the cooling won't be any sort of problem. My 1060 max temp in dota is about 60 deg, playing on max settings. Only using stock case fans.

1. TP Link Archer T6E cheap and good.
2. Zotac 5 years warranty upon registration compared to Palit 3 years warranty.
3. Overkill. Corsair TX 550 or EVGA G3 550W will do.
4. Yes. Go for it. Otherwise, do it yourself. You can learn some new things at least.
