CPU+Mobo: MSI H110i PRO AC + G4560 ($210)
RAM: Kingston 2400MHz ValueRAM 8GB ($89)
GPU: Palit GTX 1060 3GB ($275)
SSD: 120GB OCZ SSD ($85)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB ($72)
PSU: FSP Hexa 450W 80+ ($59)
Case: Thermaltake Core v1 ($79)
Monitor: Dell SE2417HG ($141 from Lazada)*
KB+Mouse: Logitech MK120 Wired Combo ($18 from Lazada)*
Speaker: Creative A350 ($44 from Lazada)*

*Prices after using 8% CC Discount

Total Cost: $1072

Windows 10 from Carousell ($10-20)

According to online specs the GPU is 252mm length and the case allows 255mm so it should fit. But physically I have not tried it, so I'm not so sure about that.

Suggestions:
1. Add 2x Arctic 80mm fans $20 for exhaust to help with airflow.
2. Change monitor to Dell S2316H. Monitor included with speakers already. After Lazada discount, overall cost could be lower. I could be mistaken though. Alternatively look for it at Carousell. Much cheaper.
3. Change to gtx 1050 ti. Smaller size, save cost also since ts don't do much gaming. 1050 ti is adequate enough. Also I builded in this case before. Palit dual can't fit. Too long. Their given 260mm tolerance is very very tight also.

Since not playing any games currently, why not just leave out the GPU first. When you eventually want to play games, then look at what is in the market.

I guess that "maybe other future games" can also mean maybe not playing games in the future also.
