Try disable the AA settings?

Thanks, I tried that along with lowing the resolution to 1280 x 720 and tweaking other Graphic Settings. In the Forest level I still dips to around 25 FPS, going to try re-installing my Nvidia drivers.

2 main FPS killer in Crysis 3 is the AA and Shadows.

Hi, I have a dell computer (E7500 @ 2.93, 4GB, GT220). Recently wanted to run wii sport using dolphin emulator and realised graphic card sucks. If I buy a graphic card, will it fit into the slot as I may not have PCI express (I not sure). If I change the card, will my dell warranty be void?

If I get a HD 7750 as what was recommended in the first post, will there be significant improvement? Or is the CPU the bottleneck? Can anyone recommend a graphic card that I can get for $100+. I can accept old model as I know my budget is little

I think that both your CPU and GPU is not adequate to run the emulator. :( I ran it on my system and barely have smooth frame rates. Can't put a finger as to why though.

You are getting 7950 First generation performance with this card, if u intend to push this card can u can match a default 7950 boost performance. (Btw, it is using the same Tahiti core as 7950, although a cut-back version)

HOWEVER the draw back comes at high power consumption, even more than 7950 at default level, pushing it means even more power draw. Plus u got the heat to worry about.

But for people on a tight budget this represent great value.

That pretty up sum up this card

Hey guys,

I backside itchy and got a new 27" monitor.
Then find that my ATI HD5880 can't support the higher resolution 2560x1440 and display is crappy in 1080p.

Reading the latest graphic card buying guide, I need at least a card with 2GB.
Can any bro recommend any of the below graphic card?

S$200 to $299
Power Color HD7850 2GB - 252 Videopro
Sapphire HD7850 OC 2GB - 265 Videopro

$300 to $399
Powercolor HD7870 2GB - 329 Videopro
Palit GT 660 OC 2GB - 349 Fuwell, Videopro
Sapphire HD7870 2GB - 365 Videopro
Sapphire HD7870 2GB OC - 375 Fuwell

Thanks in advance.

Most current gen gpu are quite power efficient. 550W psu is sufficient to power GTX 660 Ti

I want to ask: how much improvement will I be able to get with HD7790 over HD5850? Should I just jump onboard to HD7850 now? Using a 1080p 21.5" monitor.

About 200 to 250ish. Not planning to upgrade now. But to brace myself, should my 5850 fail anytime soon. coming close to 3years liao.

Then you should get the Powercolor HD7850.
