My 1060 died. What budget gpu can I get? I don't do much gaming but my cpu doesn't have integrated graphic.

Currently using my 7 years old gtx 750 ti, not sure when will up lorry. So need to get a new budget gpu ASAP.
The cheapest new and not outdated GPU is the GTX 1660. Going a bit further down the ladder, you could get a GTX 1050 Ti. Alternatively, if you have an AM4 motherboard, a 5000 series APU may be a good alternative, if you indeed don't game much.

Anyone have any thoughts on the PNY RTX 3070 XLR8 GAMING REVEL EPIC X 8GB ?

i thinking getting the aftershock bundle, at 2.7k.. seems like a steal for 3070 PC.

I'm generally not a fan of aftershock prebuilds.

They will skimp on stuff like motherboard and PSU or give you a weirdly balanced PC.

Not to mention the cases are usually pretty bad

Hey guys as time passed, DOTA starts to lag on my PC. Thinking of getting a budget GPU to enhance the performance of whatever is required to run the game. Other than DOTA, I just watch videos online. Any recommendation for GPU under $300? Current specs are listed below, yup I don't have any GPU now.

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 3.20GHz
MB: MSI B150M Bazooka Plus
RAM: Kingston 8GB DDR4 HyperX Fury 2133
Storage: Crucial MX200 SSD 250GB + 1TB HDD
PSU: Seasonic ATX 620W 80+ Bronze
Casing: Corsair Carbide Spec-02

Does OC graphic cards shorten the lifespan of it compared to the exact same card without OC?

Hi guys,

can any experts recommend a cheap Gfx card for work purposes?
Bought a 4k monitor to pair with my 5600G, but didn't realise that the MB's output only supports 1x HDMI 1.2, dashing my dual monitor goal + doesn't work with the 4k monitor.

I just need a basic gfx card that can run 1x 4k + 1x FHD for work purposes, and the 4k monitor only supports HDMI 2 or DP 1.2.

Tried looking around for 1st/2nd hand GT 1030 but while Nvidia's specs states that it supports 4k output but it seems all the available cards only have 1x HDMI + 1x DVI

I think u can get by with a really old rx 200 series card, just saw a carou listing for a r7 260x going at $70, comes with both hdmi and dp. from looking online, the hdmi standard is 1.4 (may be better to use on the fhd monitor) while the dp standard is 1.2 and can drive 4k but limited to 50hz.

noob asking is 1660 double the performance of 1070 ?
