Just asking, you tried buying the Ryzen 1600 from Lazada that's sold by ASUS Game shop?
yes, Asus Gamer shop.

Although they always list 3.... but actually they got no stock at that time (not sure about now...) . Ordered on 11th... and got told sold out on 15th :(

Something i notice very weird is that my ryzen chip will auto pop up with the heatsink stock cooler during dis mounting when i need to re apply my thermal compound. Is this normal ? because it don't apply to intel processor. The cooler seem to be putting lots of pressure to the chip or is my motherboard damage already ? that why the locking can't hold the chip ? any kind soul enlighten me xD

My cooling is still bad, i didn't overclock cpu but i did overclock ram @ 2933mhz 48 to 50 while idle, its not like what other forum says about how good the stock cooler is. will get a aio and try again.

Pop out? Did you apply pressure while screwing in? Coz the stock cooler screw have spring holding up the screw, make sure the screw is in all the way into the original back plate that come with the mobo. I screw it until the very end of every screw and I don't see a problem or popping out.

Sent from PM me if you wanna build a DIY PC or wanna learn how to make one yourself :D using GAGT

If u read more, the cpu coming out with the cooler is a common issue. Next time just wiggle ur cooler more before trying to pull out, it should work.

The temperature is okay. If u want maybe u can adjust your fan curve?
The stock cooler in our climate cannot compare to Ang moh climate, their room temperature is 10+ while ours is easily 25C.

Was contemplating getting a Ryzen equivalent of a 8700k / 7700k
Not too sure which is the best for the job, but I've roamed different sites and some people are saying that AMD is quite a concern as compared to Intel. Is that reliable?

What kind of concern and why is it not reliable as compared to Intel? Intel is a much bigger firm, but does not mean their product is flawless.

Hi guys, I have a question to ask?
Can I just buy any 288-pin "DDR4 ram" for Ryzen and also what is the best SPD speed 2666 - 3200 to buy?

Thanks in advance.
