With the latest findings of OS dependence, I am not sure how to draw any real conclusions to these WHEA events either. lol

What we do know so far, these WHEA Event ID 19 reports happen when

1. borderline/almost there stability - the most impt finding/conclusion, imo
2. CPU stability/VCore dependent
3. RAM stability dependent
4. OS dependent
5. temperature dependent (findings from others)
6. ... dunno what else dependent?

In other words, at the present moment we do know that we do not know enough things about Ivy.

I think you should re-apply thermal paste and re-sit it again

No -K OC? Not the same as Intel limited core unlocked meh? unless they succeed to trick and turbo boost all 4 cores max? Asus and gigabyte got do that with -K chips as myself experienced it with their X79 boards, so not out of the picture. But if it is just Intel LCU...i am surprised about the ho-hah and maybe that is why the response to posts i made asking about LOC is poor because board makers did not put much attention to this feature until now!

For myself, I have only bought K chips so far though. Still waiting for the budget IB G2120 Penitums to appear in Q4 ?Sept before maybe getting a no-K chip finally.
