Will a mobo affect the performance? My mobo b75pro spoilt n i changed to a itx mobo to tahan till ryZen 5. Noticed videos become lag... Or flash etc. Sometimes when play video my mouse will hang but nt keyboard, only when. Playing video or streaming

Depending on the specs, older PC not all support Windows 10
so best to check first.
If it's second, even a PC with Windows 7 will do just fine.
i running c2d e7400 with g31 on win 10. no issues whatsoever.

i running c2d e7400 with g31 on win 10. no issues whatsoever.
me using old c2d lenovo and desktop also no problem running win 10.

expect certain driver isn't compatible.
