Pretty much yes. Regarding overclocking, buy the system first and find out how to overclock after.

so my friend can jus buy 4gb x4 and still can slot all 4 into motherboard with no worry?

Yes the motherboard has 4 slots. I don't know if that set of G.Skill RAMs comes in a single stick or as a pair though. If it's a paired kit you must slot each pair into the same colour slot. RAM slots are colour coded. Eg. 4 slots 2 will be blue the other 2 white.

you are totally new to HW? If that the case it could be abit hard to you, as it took me >6 years to really understand what is a PC HW and the component that will suit my need specifically...

Basically H80 performs the same as H2O 920. And 650W is still more than enough.
