After what i reply to you, hotspur kor kor told me abt the price, and once i got hold of the price of the 7800GS agp, my heart broke

So might as well go for pci-e
Forget AGP! Its time to move on to PCIe but dont drag too long, who knows what this insane industry might come up with next. PCIe aside, most newer design board offers better features and overclocking stability, not to mention the warrenty that comes with the new board. lol

now, all you need on your cake is that 2GB ram! go for it!

I'm so

The next generation bus concept is already out.. but it depends on whether Intel wants to push for it a not. Not that AMD cant make it a happen, but Intel marketing and engineering might will hasten the transistion. So for now and the next 2 years, PCIe will be here to stay for good. 2008 then might we be able to see a PCIe replacement. But even so, PCIe will take over the role of PCI, so the last we see of PCIe might be a real distance future. :p

All pci will be upgraded to pci-e while pci-e will upgraded to a new pci-e interface...lol

GPU @ 695/800.
Guess i'll be much better off with a dual core but not gonna plunge for another intel. Sick of it. But i reckon a pretty good score for Single Core CPU.

U have DDR2. Wait till AM2 is out, then get the dual core.

by that time, this kinda speeds will be offset by much lower timings than mine. and if AMD's memory controller is going to be the same and efficient, higher latency timings such as mine would only make the system slow.
