Check this out.

His latest short review is the apple dual driver in ear monitors. I like his reviews. Not so much his english though. Nevertheless, he's rather respected on headfi.

Hi pew, I have been using these for the past few months, got them from an impulse buyer for $80, very worth it for that price, sound quality of course won't match up with those 200++ IEMs but it's NOT bad also. Bass is weak compared to my Sony Ex85s, but you'll get used to it after a while.

Why did I buy it?

-Remote
-Mic
-Nice casing

For $128, I'd be pretty reluctant to swipe my card for it, but for $80, it's well worth it, especially if you're using the latest gen iPods/ iPhone 3GS.

it's a bit over the value due to the Apple brand .

I've never bought an audio related apple product. Never even bothered to learn how to use one.

My friends are puzzled as to why a tech savvy dude like me doesn't know how to use an ipod. I can't even be bothered to answer. I just smile.

Anything you buy from an Apple store is just overpriced.

It should be the opposite, your friend should be puzzled if ever a tech savvy dude bothers to use apple products.

Thanks,

I am thinking of replacing my Shure SE210 with the apple, since 128 seems cheap for a for a dual driver Would be using with ipod classic.

But after reading the comments, probably i'll give it a miss.

thnx
