Audiohub has the WORST attitude and service

i had a superbly bad experience with them

even from my friends who tried to deal with them got turned away with their bad attitude

"sorry you're not my customer, what service are you talking about?
I didn't think you paid for my services.. I'm just conversing with the community of audioholics who congregate here and and have fun.."

from this words, it shows that if u dont intend to buy anything we shld just get lost.

i merely asked about JH13 that he had and this is what i got

i had friends asking about some DIY from them on a particular cable.
WHen they heard its not their cable, they just heck my friend totally.
my friend even used another hp to test and they replied.

Overall:Audiohub should change their attitude.

i know there will be alot of his "slaves" here.

but this is the fact. FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE AND KNOW AND PREPARE

weibchen i know u gonna reply this but change the attitude on how u treat people even they are not your customers.
they might be your future customers
kennysme likes this.

There is probably two parts to the story... as always. If he really shoo-ed you just because you are asking around and don't intend to buy on the spot, (like you seem to imply), then that's bad customer service bordering on horrible.

But as a customer we must also respect the seller imo, cannot treat him like maid ask this ask that then in the end just walk away with that "attitude". I'm not saying that you are, but I've seen such people and I imagine it's quite hard not to get mad at them.

Then again, 3rd person view, I never deal with him before.

I also had bad experience with him. PM-ed him twice regarding a retermination of cable pins and was totally ignored. Wonder how he do business? Is it sour grapes I buy another cable and not yours? Please improve on your PR and CS.

Rule number 1: The Customer is ALWAYS right.
Rule number 2: Even if the customer is at wrong, please refer to rule number 1.

and this is adapted frm a Customer Service module, lecture notes offered by GEMs.

So as the customer, they HAVE the rights to enquire the company or seller with regards to doubts the customer has.

BTW imho, i have also met/bump-ed into people who think that they are super duper knowledgeable and stuff like tat... not talking abt just audio stuff but in other aspects of sales and martial arts. continue let them think they always right can liao. save my saliva too. coz they too darn stubborn.

eh butthurt troll.

I was minding my own business on my own fanpage.
You stick your head in and then got offended by one random comment

Now you use HWZ to whine.
you're pathetic man.. when you can't rally support you come here to bitch about.
Nobody forced to read my comments, nobody forced you to comment on my page.
Yet you did and then you are crying to everyone about it.

Now you want to use a thread to troll me, you can't even serve a single coherent arguement.

then you can't find a logical argument, using "service" against me?
I have not taken your money, I have not sold you any product.
How the hell do I give you service - sales or after sales or any kind.. sorry I don't do other kinds of "jobs", maybe you're looking for something like that.

How dare you claim that about service which you haven't even paid for?
I don't remember you buying any products or SERVICES from me.

whatya smoking man, i heard aussy has some good stuff.. didn't know you had access to it.. share leh bro.

I thought the only rule is "Money is ALWAYS right?".

I don't know if I am reading this right, but, weibchen u implying that just because someone hasn't bought anything from you, you do not give 2 ****s about him?

Lucky stereo never adopt this attitude. Otherwise I get chased out of browsing long long ago already. lol.

isnt customer service about portraying a good image and reputation for the company so that customers will return to them?
Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase.
you dont provide good customer service only to people who have visited your shop in the past...
not taking sides but just my 2cents.
cheers
