You can try the ATH-CKM500is =)

Does that have volume control? Quite interested, the price is just right.

Any other alternative with very good noise cancelling and crystal clear sound? I don't like bass very much, even using my bro headphone I always use Bass Reducer in EQ.

UE has a few models with analog volume control too but slightly more bassy than the CKM500is from audio-technica, if you like you can try out the UE 400vm but its around $120

- Your rig: Sansa Clip Zip
- What type of usage: music
- File format used in your source: mp3, flac
- Genre of music you listen to: a lot. Classical, rock, metal, acoustic, pop... so looking for more clarity rather than bass or detailed highs.
- Headphone / earphone type: in-ear
- Other requirements: L-shape pin preferable
- Budget: < $100

I've been using the Nuforce NE6 for 2+ years, but seems like the product is discontinued - what would you recommend as a replacement?

You can try the UE400vm since you are using android phones and need a volume control, it comes with a analog volume control since digital ones only work for iDevices.

Was considering Sennheiser CX300-II (for in-ear) and Jabra Revo Corded (for headphone)..or are there better choices? Thanks!!

- File format used in your source (mp3)
- Genre of music you listen to (classical/pop/rock/house/electro)
- Headphone / earphone type (in-ear earphone over the ears type)
- Other requirements (it'll be good to have a detailed tight bass for house music and clarity on the mids and highs for classical, priority would be bassy though)
- Budget (Anywhere up to ~600, I am thinking of upgrading from my Future Sonic Atrio M5.)

Have been looking around lately, Um3xRC, Westone 4, UE900, Heir Audio 3.ai, 4.ai, Shure SE535 are the ones I've tried. Any others you guys would recommend?

For earphones you can also consider the Fischer Audio Consonance =)

Headphones wise for small and comfortable ones the Bose OE2 at $219 is a good choice

If you are upgrading from the M5, I would say the UM3x RC or Shure SE535 =)

Hi teamStereo, my current earphone, sennheiser ocx series, is one side down, is there any recommendation for a pair of in-ear earphones pricing at +/- 100SGD (preferably below 100) and be great if there's a mic and remote function?

Usually listens to New Age and Epic music and watch movie and anime on my HTC mobile..
Yurbuds Inspire Pro and Focus Pro see which type of fit you prefer - one is normal fit and the other is over the ear.

Below $100 can look at the Jabra Sport wired =)

Hi TeamStereo,

Thanks for the reply, on second thought, I would actually prefer 2 earphones; one in-ear earphones with mic for use with my Android HTC, normal use for listening to music, watch movies and anime. Sometimes using it on the computer.

The other earphones would be for sports usage, would prefer something that allows me to store music on the earphones, meaning the earphones is also the player. The earphones would be great to have hooks thus it wont drop when jogging.

Thanks TeamStereo and whoever reply.

Based on your requirements, you can consider the Sennheiser OCX685i available in black and white.

Personally I would recommend joggers to use earphones with average noise isolation simply because of the microphonics that comes with well isolated earphones, can be more irritating then the noises on the road. Around the budget the Yurbuds Duro available in 4 colors would be an excellent choice for sound or secure fit. :)

Can try out the JVC FX3x =) selling for 99sgd =D

Some other ones that might suit your genre: beyerdynamic DTX101iE at 119sgd

I'm scouring for a headset that'll remain decently comfortable during bursts of gaming sessions (16 hours daily for around two weeks) accompanied with a mic.

At the moment I'm looking at
Razer Chimaera 5.1 Gaming Headset: The Ultimate Surround Sound Gaming Headset for Xbox 360 - Razer Singapore
but it's bound to be overpriced for it's worth since it's a razer product.

Any reccomendations? Many thanks in advance.

What about Turtle Beach? There's a few products from Turtle Beach that you can consider

- Your rig = iPhone 4 with AKG K518LE
- What type of usage = Music
- File format used in your source = mp3
- Genre of music you listen to = pop, instrumental, blues, jazz
- Headphone / earphone type = earphones / in-ears
- Other requirements = durable, pocketable, best if it's similar sounding as my AKG?
- Budget = ~$100

Headphone is still in top notch condition, just want to get a pair of earphones for easy travel use (put in pocket).

Please don't recommend FX3X / J33 as they seem to have durability / weight balance issues.

Thank you! :D
