If after listening to the IEM, get hearing imbalance..

Is there something wrong with the driver?

depend on source... volume potentiometer can be root cause, because at low volume is usual imbalance

connector no good


fit no good

your brain not use to it

Try not to listen too loud till outside people also can hear.

Go for a hearing test if in doubt.
