Hi all, i wonder anyone using adjustable dumbbells like the bowflex selecttech etc.

Is it good to use? Worth the investment? Any brand recommendation if yes?

Good buy if you are consistent exercise.
Later only use it for 3 times and relax one corner become white elephant.
The issue is you got passion and motivation to workout at home or not ?

Might as well not exercise if you're just going to half-ass it, confirm little to no gains.

Go for bowflex or power blocks, both are real good. Do your research on either one and then choose the one that fits your needs.

Good luck, don't buy then throw it 1 side later!
