For me:

1. Achieve 9 hours of sleep and good quality sleep (I frequently wake up early and sleep late)
2. Close to no frequency of falling ill (my most frequent illness is throat inflammation)
3) Gain weight ( I am underweight for my height)
4) Focus and make better decision in life and workplace

Everyone has goals in life, be it in financial goals, and in relationships.

For a while, I decided to focus on health goals for this month because they are the most important of them all.

Prevention is always better than cure.
