Help! Unstoppable muscle twitch!

My tricep on my left arm has been twitching uncontrollably for a week at random times. What should I do to stop it? I have tried massage, getting magnesium supplement etc. It's not painful but it's so annoying.

I happened to me once a while, on different part/muscle of the body.

Not sure if it's a sign of any potential problem, but so far so good leh.

Magnesium usually works. UNLESS - your dose is too low, a hard training male needs 1.5g/day of varying chelations for maximum absorbtion. so thats about 8 capsules of ubermag + some from food like nuts, and some from a good multi (yeah you can get from me of course

OR your digestive tract is not absorbing the magnesium, then a topical (skin application) magnesium would be good. But of course a plan to fix your digestion would be in order.

Bloating especially after meat, smelly farts, constipation OR loose stool are signs of digestive issues.

Another potential nutrient that helps is glycine because it relaxes the nervous system.

Maybe take a nice warm epsom salt bath. You absorb the Mg from the skin in that way too, much faster.

Or maybe somebody is poking a voodoo doll with your face on it!
