Wizzy is a very accomplished master baker but is just being very modest in his abilities. He doesn't need his maid to lift a finger apart from pinching new recipes so that he can use his wizardry to whip up those delicious breads

Scored a 6kg watermelon from sheng siong. I guess that's enough weight lifting for the week. Too bad I wasn't able to roll the melon down the walkway.
6kg! Good grief, I about broke my back just lugging the pumpkin home today. The watermelon would have killed me. LOL

As I was choosing my pumpkin, loads of ladies kept coming up to ask if it was really S$1.50 each or S$1.50/100g. Haha, no one could believe how cheap it was. I was terribly thrilled till I got home & our help said indifferently that in the Philippines, you would have gotten it for free.

I swear she takes joy out of taking the wind out of my sails!

Don't drool on your computer or it might start doing something weird. It's halloween after all.

It's time to grab a bread maker and you can a fresh loaf in no time

This is a good idea, I think.

This is what their blurp states:

Life’s Sweeter With Less Sugar!

Practise healthy living by making small changes to your lifestyle! From 11 Oct 14 till 28 Feb 15, simply order a no/less sugar drink at selected Ya Kun outlets and stand to win shopping and dining vouchers!

So why wait? Live healthier and be rewarded. Promotion is valid at all Ya Kun outlets except Far East Square, Singapore Flyer, Singapore Poly and Takashimaya.

Welcome home
kamsia, kamsia.

I got infraction because of this -
1st time at iHerb?
Use CouponCode:Get319 for $10 off!

I thought I would be safe by avoiding the other iHerb thread.
But there is no biz there and
the parking aunties need to issue tickets o/w cant meet quota.

Anyway, I drove to Malacca last week on a Peranakan Foodie trip.
3 days & 2 nights, I went to 7 known & recommended food establishments.
Some had good dishes & some were just plain ugh...
The only saving grace is that their food is relatively cheap compared to SG.

Oh, I also went to 2 nonya food places in SG after that!
Altho I purchased Groupon coupons, the prices were still several times more expensive than those in Malacca. But it is well worth the money!

Ha, do not tempt me to add more kitchen stuff please! I am probably going to revisit the no knead artisan bread recipe again sometime next week. I just have to dig out that book again.

My computer is already possessed. I am totally useless with electronics. It seems anything that requires electricity will eventually declare war on me. Halloween not withstanding. Haha!
