erm, i only go to public gyms and not commercial ones. I do not prefer trainers if you have the own motivation to self learn the exercises and diet yourself

i am about 1.83m, i have been adding on extra meals before i sleep, and eat as much carbo as possible. More rice, more noodles per meal is good enough. And also please train hard as well. Exercise in compounds and mainly your diet will compliment your exercise

I've been trying to eat more meat and less rice or noodles. Does Carbo help? I've been trying to gym at least twice a week but looks like my left lat is less wide than my right is it normal?

your diet is actually wrong for bulking, take in more carbo and eat more protein for muscle recovery. Carbo is for your energy intake. what exercises do you usually do?
