hey guys need some advice

I started a new thread somewhere but no one replied.... hmmmm i was wondering if i can ask for opinions here

Hey guys, I am thinking of becoming an SQ Cabin crew eventually and I am kinda worried about how I will be able to maintain my physique

I am a classic Ectomorph hard gainer
A simple week-long fever can result in 2kg of muscle mass lost

I was 52kg previous before I started gymming and I am currently 67kgs now

with the irregular sleeping patterns which disrupts the circadian-clocks
I am wondering if i am destined to lose all the muscles I've build up ??? All 15kgs of them............

Any Advice??
