Usually is due to worry

Like worry about money and job

Other things more manageable

Physical exhaustion help

Question in thread title.
Me too.. insomnia to the extend of feeling difficulty in breathing...
Easily insomnia if I have a little tiny thing to worry
Solution: liquor, drink until feel dizzy and auto go sleep

Try to abstain from sleeping pills. They make insomnia worse.
And sleep when u feel tired. If u past that sleepiness, u will not be able to sleep for the rest of tht day.
As for supplement u can try melatonin at pharmacy.
Melatonin helps.
