They have a few outlets, can check out from their website.

Btw, the salesman told me limited period promo, while stock last.

Those catechin filter attached to the aircon filter (mits starmex).

How effective is it? Do we need to replace this yearly?

The filter (catchin) I believe can't be washed.
Actually the normal filter will do a good job.
No need to replace it if it's dirty, just remove it.

The price of the filter is not cheap though... it's $30/pair (2 pcs).

btw what is the different for partial load and full load for single split stated in nea website
