Just done my aircon installation last week (Mitsubishi starmex system 4 - 5 ticks) by Cold Engine. Highly recommended this company. From 1st step till end is comfortable, workmanship is pretty nice and price also reasonable. Their installer is responsible even cleaned my house after done the installation and they patiented to taught me how to do setting g for the remote control.

Who looking for good aircon instead can try them

Michelle (she will provide quotation and follow up)
Site survey done by Scott (he is the boss who is very patient and answer every of my question

Thumb up!

I would strongly recommend Cold Engine. The boss Scott personally made a trip to my unit for a site inspection, gave recommendations and ensure all has been agreed before his team come down to carry out with the installation. Workmanship is really good and the worker make sure the place is clean up before they leave. Cost is relatively cheaper than the big players.

Both Scott & Michelle is approachable and could answer the queries that was posed to them.

I was actually seriously considering cold engine, as I saw some good reviews from lao jiao posters, and they replied me very fast. But this takes the cake. I saw another thread with a 1 post count fellow, praising cold engine. Definitely cold engine doing it.

FYI, you just lost a customer.

EDIT: someone faster than me haha

Need some guidance -

Would anyone recommend this? Starmex EF series Black color.
would like a black unit to go along with my furniture~ so far not sure why aircons all have a standard color.
so confused with so many code words.

Going for a 3 indoor unit 9+9+12
MSY-EF10VAB i think.

1 outdoor
MXY-3A28VA

Should i find courts or some shops along those industrial/neighbour areas? :s11:
going for a installment plan

Jk Aircon is 1.6 years warranty free upgrade to 12k btu x1 for any brand.
Mr Kang is the boss. A lot of ppl engage them so seems kinda ...

I’m considering

• Daikin : $3730

FTKS25DVM x 3
FTKS50FVM x 1

• Panasonic Aeros System 4 (26.5k BTU) @$3390

Upgrade Amaflex Class 0 from Class 1
NTUC voucher :$50/-
Service voucher :$250/-
Warranty: Workmanship: 2 years | Parts 1yrs | Compressor: 5 yrs
Upgrade from 9000btu to 12000btu - Top up $80/-

Or

Panasonic Aeros: $2780

• CU-3S27NKZ (25.6k BTU)
• CSS09TKZW x2
• CSS12TKZW x1

With 1 Daikin (9k BTU) @$980

Warranty:
Workmanship: 5 years
Parts: 3 years
Compressor: 5 years
Armaflex Class 1

Is it necessary to connect the drainage pipe from the outdoor unit to the drainage hole in the toilet? My unit is leaking directly to the neighbour below as hdb did not connect the pipe properly after upgrading my toilet.

by right the drainage shld be routed indoors, into the toilet etc.

cannot be constantly dripping outdoors if aircon is on.

Yeah becoz of advertisement & ticks.

I wanna get Panasonic because of its function to sense human movement & higher btu.

Mitsubishi’s Compressor and price doesn’t tally for me for both System 3 & System 4

Daikin System 3 BTU is too small so it’ll take a longer time to cool the room

Daikin System 4 is more superior than Panasonic or Mit

But in this thread, people only believe in Mitsubishi starmex or Daikin...
