Hi all,

any idea where I can find support for the GIEC HD220? There's totally zero instructions in the manual.

1) How do I go about accessing the drive? I manage to see "Venus" in my network but am unable to connect to it.

2) Can I connect another 3.5" HDD to it and let the whole setup function as a NAS?

3) can't seem to find PPS in the IMS menu? Firmware is currently V13-20100924.

All help and advice appreciated!

GIEC: Those drivers depends on models
1) To update to latest driver download the install.img onto your USB Thumb drive.

2) Plug the thumb drive in the box usb port.

3) There you go.

4) After doing this, I can go to alot places.

5) Sometimes at different locations within those menu there are icons for you to update to the latest drivers.

6) Things will go smoothly, once you watch it long and try all the available menu and channels.

7) So far available to watch are mainly asian channels and youtube.
