Balance. So previously u didn't got a queue no?
Sent from Sony SGP621 using GAGT
Got a queue number but not very good. Thought I lost my chance for this bto. Good news!?
whats ur number ah.
cause my sister number also quite far and I waiting for her to get a sms
my number is 16**. What a joke right?
Get ur sis to log in her HDB and check?
I logged in and got a surprise!
What I mean is, don't wait for SMS. My sms came in only last week and I saw that I had been invited to select(in feb 2018) towards the end of Dec 2017
don't know if she has a chance.
her number is way further. 203x
700 people more to forgo

Me too...receive sms on appt date in Feb 2018 after a year. My number is 18XX. There are only 700 over units and left 100 units for selection. The last queue no is 12XX as at today. Which means almost 600 dropouts?? This is 50% dropout rate which is a bit unusual compared to normal 20% rate. Any idea why ????
No need. I went for my 2nd appointment with HLE expired. LolHello everyone I got a question about 2nd appointment
Booked my flat on Aug 15 2017
Finally my grant got approved on Jan 19 2018
So I am guessing my 2nd appointment date is coming but I just discovered my HLE expired on Nov 2017
So my questions is do I need a valid HLE when going for the 2nd appointment ?
Thanks!!
Hi Experts,
I am surprised that I was called down to select even with a number 14xx. I was looking at the remaining 4 room stacks at WSII, I realize quite alot of people did not choose 653b, stack 42 44 46 48. Why is that so????
whats the price range forthe 5-rm flat there?!

Cause all the view is opposite block?
Then 48 is opposite rubbish chute. It’d be better choosing 654d 164 over 653b 48.
I would also chose #40 over the rest.
If u realise, this bto, most people chose views > high floor.
Like what Geraldine has said.
42 has west sun and 48 near chute.
What's your preference? Maybe you can list them out so that it's easier to shortlist from the exiting available units.

Hello,
Thanks for the replies. My gf and I cares about just the common things like sun, rubbish chute, noise, high floor, church opposite 653b(we heard its not good to have the cross facing the house?). Don't really have a big preference over interior nor view.
Looking at the remaining houses, We wonder if 653b high floor will be good or would other stacks still be better than it. Like Geraldine suggested 654d stack 164

I don’t think the cross would affect 653b as it won’t be able to see the cross?
High floor = which level onwards?
These are the stacks which have floors 10 and above
#11-110
#10-48 #11-48 #12-48 #13-48 #14-48
#15-48 #17-48
#10-42 #11-42 #12-42
#13-42 #14-42 #15-42 #16-42 #17-42 #18-42
Stack 48 is the only one which is high and doesn't have west sun but near chute.
If you take stack 42, it'll come with west sun but it's further from chute.
The critical question is whether the rubbish chute is very important (I will take 48).
Stack 110 is pretty ok but it has got west sun as well.
