queue 3xx reporting in first.

forgotten that those balcony units at WS2 facing halus/longgang/sea are low floors.
those units facing halus/pasir ris would have restaurants below.

Hi! yeah those with balcony facing at sunrise mostly is low level blocks.. You're interested in Northshore or sunrise?

sunrise. choosing either 654A or B, high floor. hopefully above 14th storey.

if only those low floor balcony units are high floor.
if only pasir gudang is not doing shipyard industry.

but still not so bad for WSII.

if potential owners of cove realized the unhealthy air from gudang, not sure would they change their mind to sunrise. if so, then you and I maybe no chance to choose ,even the one next to the main road. haha

shahshady, how many 5rm with balconies? I don't know about calculation but if the usual dropout % applies, I think you'd have higher chance of getting it.

Sunrise as well, 4 room here :) First timer & second try finally got a good queue number. cant wait to see the 3D models!

I don't know mine consider good but its definitely in the middle.

that's what my bf say la.
i have a friend who lives highest floor #16, on top not skygarden,
but every week have bees come in and bugs from the roof top.

i just looked and analysis the units again
blk by blk, i can only find these units "unwanted", not considering sun factor (cause this one i still very noob..)


653A - #34 (beside lift + eating house below)
653B - #42 (beside lift) #48 (lift/hdb view)
653C #80 (beside lift)
654A #90 (opposite chute) #94 (HDB view)
654B #108 (opp chute) #114 (lift/hdb view)
654D #164 (opp chute + beside lift) #162 (beside lift)

I think that one is for air ventilation.
so you keen in 653B?


the units i want is
654B - #116 - #126 or (highest 6 floor)

but with my number it seem impossible
654A #96 - #102 (highest 8 floor) = will think again cause restaurant below = cockroach.

Those choosing northshore cove how do u deal with the ship yard and 🔥 chimney from viewing facing Malaysia
