That depends what you want to achieve, but should be able to do a lot with 150k, unless lay gold as tiles.

Imagine if you wanna sell later. The neighbour beside u whos house is a dump just sold at a low price. Buyers will not want to pay any COV. They use that dump as reference price You will lose money when selling.

I don't understand how a dump that requires a complete overhaul and a nicely renovated house still fetch the same price but that's whats happening today
