That is why all the current condo projects are being snapped up and ECs too as the pricing of the next wave of condo will likely to be higher due to the higher land and en block price tag bidded by the Developers..

No more DBSS and much lesser ECs. So it could be mostly HDBs or PCs soon. The recent sales of PCs surprise me but perhaps it will be a trend. This year's GDP growth may hit more than 3% and looks to be sustained into early 2018. So sales should still be quite good relative to 2-3 years ago.
