Sorry. i still dont quite understand. what's the calcuation

It depends on what base unit currency you are looking at. In the above example, this is how you should compute:

1HK$ = S$0.1638 (Which means that for every 1HK$ you receive, you need to pay the money changer $0.1638)

Or

S$1= HK$6.105 (which means that for every S$1 you pay to the money changer, you will receive HK$6.105)

If you are not spending 100K or big amount. It does not make much different. Just remember do not change in Airport, especially in Hong Kong Airport.

which is the best money changer for RMB, i need to change some urgently.
