Could anyone advise any good place to celebrate birthday? I am celebrating birthday for my gf. She is a 1st timer to HK. I am staying at The Salisbury YMCA Hotel. There will be only 2 of us and budget would be around SGD250 for 2 people.
SGD250 for a birthday meal right?

Not sure about atas restaurants etc in HK. You can easily check out openrice.com and tripadvisor for atas restaurants and just sort by review rating. Should be easy.

But I would recommend also going to OZONE, a sky bar/lounge at 118th floor of Ritz-Carlton Hongkong. Even got outdoor terrace if not wrong. Go there enjoy drinks and birthday cake.

Which branch?

The Tsim Sha Tsui branch is diagonally opposite Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station, next to Hui Lau Shan.
