Recommend 49 inch 4k TV with specific specs

-best upscaler for 1080p content
-smart functions not important as I will be using chromecast plus android box to view a mixture of 1080p and 4k h265 content
-no need good tuner cos I never watch local shows
-best image quality for the price range of 1 to 1.5k

Was thinking about TCL (has many rave reviews on amazon), xiaomi 4,or perhaps a used 1080p LG OLED TV instead.

What do u guys think?

第一要求就已經。。。好難搵嘍。市面上無見過一架電視機有内置 1千綫變化至2000綫（1080x2） 影像處理功能。要$1500以下。

嚸好才算好畫質？2K？4K？影像處理？
老實講，畫質嚸好都係靠用家嚸樣調整屏幕嚟襯視聽環境。色彩飽和度，黑白反差，亮度。。。直到清晰度，都會影響畫質。所以畫質幾好，都係睇個人偏好嘅。。。
