Any Telco in Singapore provide Mobile(4G) broadband with Static IP

As one of my yard has no able to get fixed line, just need to check whether in Singapore, is able to get a mobile broadband with static IP ? It seems to be available in US and EU.

Think Business plan is fix IP. I know Singtel has it, not sure about other telco.

Mobile Broadband is so expensive here. What's the point of doing that? May as well use Ethernet cable to run and put an AP there.
Also there's no static IP for consumer grade mobile broadband here.

The closest probably is to use service that points the dynamic ip to a static ip.
