Dvg n5402sp wifi connection help.

I just got a loan device from starhub ytd as my huawei set died on me. Connection n speed wise no issue. And i could connect my note2 to the wifi but my tenants have trouble in making all their device to connect to the wifi network. Seems like only just one device can stay connected only. Pls help

That DVG is well-known to have shitty wifi.
Spend some time browsing this thread linked below (there's some instructions on how to add another router as wireless access point):
