how to connect a smart tv and a cpu with one ethernet port?

I have a network point in my room. I want my tv n cpu to hv access to the Internet.no wifi. how can I wired them? Can a hub do the work? Any recommendation on the brand n the cost?

Just get a small unmanaged switch or use an old router which can be turned into an access point.
