Hi guys.
Ever since I updated my Windows 10 to the latest creators update, I am experience severe lagging and sometimes even the freezing of my computer when I am downloading files from the internet. This lagging occurs whenever it reaches around 10 Mbps and higher.
I know there is a short term solution to limit the download rate but I would like to eliminate the problem completely.
Anyone has any advice?
