Nees HELP M1 Static IP>Asus RT-N56U>Server

Hi all the Pros
I have a Problem and try many of my way all not working here is my story

What i have
M1 Static IP : 111.1.2.3/SN 255.255.248.0/111.1.2.1
M1 Modem :192.168.100.1
Asus Router :192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0
Server 2008R2 ( SQL2012 )set static 192.168.1.88

What i have Done
Modem > Router (Wan Static setup done)(All IP88 Ports are Open on the router)
Server Firewall inbound ports Enable
Router DMZ>Is already my Server IP

I have a Private gaming server at home from lan i can login,select player and play the game

Here come the problem
My friends try to connect to the server only able connect up to Login and unable to select player T.T

"I try connect the server direct to M1 modem ( Disconnect the Asus Router ) all can connect Login,Select player, play the game"

What go wrong with my ASUS Router setting , I need the wifi for home use and i have more den 4 PC at home?

Lazy method: WAN > DMZ > Select Yes > Put in your server IP.

This will expose your server to the world.

Not lazy method: Find out all the ports that you need to use and put each of them in port forwarding.

I already done that sorry to inform that :) still not working
