Import from amazon about SGD180+ but you lose channel 12 and 13.

I bought a UAP AP AC PRO from amazon. You will get channel 12 ,13 if you select Singapore as your country upon setting up the access point.

What type of electrical plug was it bundled with?

It comes with a US 3 pin plug for the POE adapter. POE adapter accepts 120-240v so no need a step up converter just a normal adapter.

The US models are hardware locked. You won't be transmitting on channel 12 or 13 even if you selected those channels.

If the model designation on the box doesn't have a trailing "-US", it'll be an international set.

That's pretty awesome luck, considering the US models have been hardware locked for a while. Plus at today's exchange rate, they are going for SGD 175 on Amazon which is quite a savings.

Yeah, run the RF scan and choose the least congested channel for both bands. Also make sure u set both of the APs on different channels. I would switch band steering on with preference to 5ghz. Set strength to low for 2.4 and high for 5.
