Thanks guys!

I bought a D-link dongle from Challenger, 3.75g DWM-156.

But after using, i dunno whether its my area or the dongle but the connection really sux.

In my dad room, totally 2G mode (no 3G at all), then in my room, 3bar of 3g signal.

Sianzzz

Up for awareness. The max speed of 3G may be not a good indicator of its speed or performance. It's chipset, antenna design are key factors affecting its performance. Of course, other factors like telco, plan, location and time are factors too.

I also received a SIM card from M1 for signing up with their $39 fiber plan.

Any recommendations for the dongle? Are there dongles with external antenna? I don't mind the bulk but I mind lousy connectivity.

There is nothing u can do..

If the M1 3G is slow. How big modem wouldn't help much. Since is a backend issue.
