Does your new iPad Wifi + 4G has Personal Hotpot?
Got mine from Singtel. Can't seems to find the settings.

No. I think it's only for US carriers.

Hotspot is listed as a feature under the apple sg website

Maybe when jb arrives, can enable somewhere in the plist for the carrier found in /System/Library/Carrier Bundes/your_carrier.bundle/ ?

maybe in future when JB, can activate it. For now we are stucked with no hotspot.
