4GB Ram with A9x processor, same as the larger sibling.

But looking from the point of view of affordability, where LTE iPads are concerned, it costs $888 for the 64GB iPad Air 2 and $1358 for the 128GB iPad Pro 9.7. That is a difference of $470 for more ram, better processor, better screen, better speakers, more storage and option to use a pencil and keyboard. Coming from an iPad Air 2 user, I am not so sure if the differences are even worth upgrading for.

Yup. i was considering to repair front glass and rear gold housing for my ipad air 2 as it is "War Relic", or to buy the cheapest 32gb 9.7 Ipad at $1100. Both outlook are the same if you were to bring it with you outside.

no la u cannot compare like tat.

ooo i jus realize that they remove the 128gb for ipad air 2 =/

tat time i bought the ipad air 2 128gb w 4G for $1288. so comparing both the difference is around $70.

if those with existing ipad air 2 no point upgrading. but for those intending to upgrade still consider ok ba.

imo, either pro 12 or air 2. not keen on 9 inch pro. go big or go home.

if not, just save the money get air 2. won't bother much about processor speed as real world probably not a big deal.

Apple downclock the A9x processor slightly for 9.7 iPad Pro but not huge difference. Something like one is 1.8x faster than A8x and the other is 1.7x faster.

I will order on March 24. The iPad Pro 12.9 is so much smoother than my Air2 but I hate the size, iPad Pro 9.7 is just right for me.

Well if you have the iPad Air 2, you will definitely feel slower now than when it was launched. Word processing and photo editing feel slower too. If for casual use and content consumption, yes iPad Air 2 is still a very fast device. iPad Pro is aim at a different market segment.

It's more like either you go fast or go home

Look under "Chip"

http://www.apple.com/sg/ipad/compare/

Can look for reviews soon comparing the benchmarks too.
