I tore off my SGP Ultra Optics, and instead put on a clear SP.
You might think I am crazy to tear of a SGD50 SP, but clear is the way to go.

agree. it actually feels better. and no finger print smudging too. helps if u dun eat n pad.

anyway, the next pad will be out in less than a year. n i will probably change. can always pass my old it stuff to my nieces.

Lol i beg to differ if u use a SP the screen quality dropped alot , if u intend to buy a SP why not just use an ipad 2 ? since the retina display will be lousy with a SP on!

That is because you choose the wrong SP. choose the right one, there is no visible degradation to the retina quality. U can beg to differ, I have real situation here that shows the proof.

I ripped out my screen protector after 2 weeks. It made my screen look like crap.

Tempered glass SP sounds nice but it's it overkill? Considering the price also

The anti-oil thing is great but after it wears out in weeks, it will just be another clear SP.

useful on a phone. but since the ipad is usually stored alone by itself (no keys, spare change, polo sweets in the pocket), it should be ok as long as you take normal precautions. e.g. I try no to pad when I'm standing. Of course, accidents still do happen.

thanks. That's about S$110 I guess, excluding transport. I wonder if any SG retail firm will bring in? I guess I will ask my MO channels first.

S$110...hmm...top up another $500 can get another 64GB 4G iPad3 with a 2 year contract liao...maybe not a good idea to buy...see first...
