[Noob] Can iPhone 4S do video call to non-iPhone?
hi all, I am a 1st time iPhone user here. Is it possible to use a 4S to do video call to a non-iPhone?
I used to do that using my Nokia E72, video call to my gf's low end Samsung, non-android phone. It doesn't need 3G as well because my gf's 3G is not activated. I don't seem to find a similar function with 4S.

iPhone doesn't come with 3G call capability
The facetime is only on wifi. you can call other iOS device and also Mac |

Or you can use video calling apps like Skype or fring.

U can facetime with someone who using macs. There is a desktop app facetime for mac users. Nimbuzz also can support video calling.

i think TS is talking about those video calls using old "dumbphones".... where 3G is not even needed to do video calls.
