so just b4 u do shift + restore on itunes, ur phone is totally black rite?

dfu mode is totally blank on the scrn

to enter dfu mode, hold power + home buttons at the same time. after 10s, release power button n keep holding home button until itunes pop up say it detect ur phone in recovery mode. ur phone scrn shld be blank

tu save ur shsh in c:\users\[ur name]\.shsh. maybe u try another cable?
